EEB Group Investor Relations Office main responsibility is to disclose to financial stakeholders - shareholders, bondholders, regulators, stock markets, rating agencies, information about the development of the group´s companies. The IRO publishes information regarding commercial, financial and operational issues and the economic environment under which EEB´s companies conduct their businesses. Is financial and non-financial information aimed at giving the stakeholders the necessary information for decision making.

Through this process, the Investors Relations Office seeks to build a trustable relationship with its different stakeholders and also to position EEB as a strong and reliable group in the local and international financial markets.
